Privacy

Private mail, handled plainly.

We collect the recipient and return addresses, your email, artwork, and payment references needed to prepare and send one postcard. Stripe processes payment. Lob verifies addresses and prints and mails the postcard. Cloudflare hosts the service and sends transactional email.

Retention

Artwork is stored privately and deleted after Lob has prepared the mailpiece or after an unpaid draft expires. Transaction records are retained only as needed for support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations.

No accounts or data sales

We do not create a customer account, sell personal information, or use postcard contents for advertising. Essential security and aggregate product analytics may be collected without recording postcard artwork or full addresses.

The private status link is a capability. Anyone with the complete link can view that order, so keep it private.
